Welcome to Easy Mowing! To provide you with better Remote-Controlled lawn mower rental services, registering means that you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For the protection of your rights and user experience, please carefully read the following terms before registering:
1. Registration Eligibility and Scope:
1.1: You must be 18 years old or older and have full legal capacity as an individual or a legally registered business.
1.2: Registration requires providing valid identification documents (e.g., New Zealand driver’s license, passport, etc.).
1.3: Rental services are for personal or commercial use only and cannot be used for illegal activities.
1.4: The valid delivery range of rental services is based on the range updated in the app.
2. Registration Process:
2.1: Visit Easy Mowing’s official website or download our mobile app.
2.2: Click the “Register” button and fill in the required information (name, contact details, address, etc.).
2.3: Submit an electronic version of your identification documents for verification to ensure your identity.
3. Account Information:
3.1: You must provide accurate and complete registration information, using a valid email address and phone number to ensure you receive order confirmations, rental notifications, and other important information.
3.2: After successful registration, securely store your account information and password to avoid unauthorized access.
3.3: If any Account-Related information (such as address, phone number, payment methods) changes, please update it promptly so we can continue to provide you with the most convenient service experience.
4. Fees and Payment:
4.1: Rental fees will be charged at the time the customer places the order through the specified payment method.
4.2: All fees are in New Zealand dollars (NZD), including applicable taxes.

1. Refund before Delivery:
If you wish to cancel the service and request a refund, you can do so through the platform (app or website) before the service is provided. The cancellation and refund request is valid only after the order is confirmed, and up to 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time. The refund will be processed through the original payment method, and the timing of the refund depends on the payment platform.
2. Refund during Use:
If, during the use of the service, it is interrupted due to force majeure (such as heavy rain, thunder or machine malfunction), the refund policy is as follows:

6. Rental Process:
6.1: After registration, you can browse the available remote.controlled lawn mowers, select the equipment and rental period you need.
6.2: Complete the order payment according to the system prompts to confirm the rental.
6.3: Delivery personnel will deliver the rented equipment to the designated location according to the system’s scheduled time. In case of delays due to force majeure factors (such as severe weather, traffic congestion, or equipment failure), the delivery personnel will contact you for communication.
6.4: After use, delivery personnel will pick up the rented equipment at the scheduled time. If any delays occur due to force majeure factors (such as bad weather, traffic congestion, or equipment failure), please communicate directly with the delivery personnel.
7. Equipment Maintenance and Damage Policy:
To ensure a good user experience and protect your rights, please take the following actions after the equipment is delivered:
7.1: Please Check: Before each use, check the battery level to ensure the equipment is working properly.
7.2: Please Cleaning: After each use, please promptly empty the grass clippings from the collection bag (if applicable).
7.3: Storage: Store the equipment in a safe location, awaiting pickup by the delivery personnel.
7.4: Usage Guidelines: Follow the operation manual and avoid using the equipment in restricted areas to prevent damage to the machine.
8. Laws, Regulations, and Customer Responsibility:
8.1: The customer must comply with New Zealand laws and regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, when using the remote-controlled lawnmower. This agreement is governed by New Zealand law, and any disputes shall be resolved in New Zealand courts.
8.2: During the rental period, the customer must adhere to the equipment maintenance guidelines to ensure proper upkeep. The customer is fully responsible for the use and storage of the equipment. If damage or loss occurs due to improper use, poor handling, or intentional damage, the customer shall bear full responsibility and compensate for the loss at the market value.
8.3: The customer must ensure that the equipment is used in a safe environment and avoid using it in prohibited areas (such as parks, reserves, etc.).
9. Accident Reporting:
If an accident occurs during use (e.g., equipment damage or injury), customers must immediately stop using the equipment and promptly report the incident to Easy Mowing for necessary handling and evaluation.
10. Compensation Details:
10.1 Damage During Rental Period:
If the equipment is damaged due to improper use or negligence by the customer during the rental period, the customer will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs.
10.2 Damage Upon Return:
If the equipment is returned with noticeable damage (including but not limited to mechanical failure, external damage, etc.) at the end of the rental period, the customer will need to compensate for the repair or replacement costs. The specific amount will be determined based on the extent of the damage and the repair/replacement costs.
10.3 Force Majeure:
If the damage is caused by force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, extreme weather, etc.), the customer may apply for an exemption or partial refund depending on the situation. We will negotiate with the customer to reach a reasonable solution based on the damage.
11. Compensation Process:
Once the damage is confirmed, the customer will receive a detailed compensation notice. The compensation amount will be calculated based on the actual repair or replacement costs. The customer must complete the compensation payment within 7 working days from the receipt of the notice.

13. Changes and Termination:

If you do not agree to the modified terms, we recommend that you stop using the service or contact customer support for feedback.
