Welcome to Easy Mowing’s remote control lawn mower service! To ensure that you use our equipment safely and efficiently, please read the following instructions and FAQs carefully:

Preparation before use:

1. Equipment Check

  • Make sure the battery is fully charged
  • Check that the blades are securely fastened
  • Ensure the remote control is working properly

2. Site Conditions

  • The lawn area must be flat and free of obstacles (e.g., large rocks, toys, cables, etc.)
  • Do not operate if the ground is wet or waterlogged

Prohibited Usage Conditions (Important!)

Do NOT use our remote-controlled mower in the following situations. Doing so may cause damage to the equipment or pose safety risks:

During or immediately after rain

Moisture affects remote signal and motor performance

Lawns with wires, ropes, or metal debris

May cause blade entanglement or motor failure

While Using the Mower:

  • Avoid long continuous use (recommended max: 60 minutes per session)
  • If you hear unusual noises or feel abnormal vibrations, stop the mower and contact us immediately
  • Do not disassemble or modify the equipment yourself

After Use – Returning the Mower:

  • After mowing, place the mower in a secure area (e.g., a garage or a sheltered spot by the door)
  • We will collect the mower at the scheduled time or upon receiving your message
  • Please keep the equipment clean; if it’s excessively dirty, do a light cleaning

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Ensure there are no obstacles between you and the mower. Stay within 20 meters. If issues persist, turn off the power and restart the machine.

Check for blade wear or looseness. Also, ensure the mower has fully covered all areas.

This could be due to low battery or overheating. Pause operation, allow it to cool, and recharge before continuing.

In bad weather, we can help you reschedule. You can also contact our customer service to update your booking.

No. The mower must only be used on private property that you own or are authorized to use. Do not operate it in public areas or on land belonging to others.

A free follow-up service is offered within 3 days if needed.

Yes, monthly cleaning is included. You may also request it as needed.
