1. Refund before Delivery:
If you wish to cancel the service and request a refund, you can do so through the platform (app or website) before the service is provided. The cancellation and refund request is valid only after the order is confirmed, and up to 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time. The refund will be processed through the original payment method, and the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment provider.
2. Refund during Use:
If, during the use of the service, it is interrupted due to force majeure (such as heavy rain, thunder or machine malfunction), the refund policy is as follows:
Due to natural factors (e.g., force majeure such as heavy rain requiring a pause in use) or equipment issues (e.g., malfunctions affecting operation), please contact customer service promptly, and we will reschedule your service.
3. Refund after Use:
No refund is supported after the service has ended. If you have feedback regarding the service quality, please contact customer support promptly.
