Welcome to Easy Mowing’s remote control lawn mower service! To ensure that you use our equipment safely and efficiently, please read the following instructions and FAQs carefully:
Preparation before use:
1. Equipment Check
- Make sure the battery is fully charged
- Check that the blades are securely fastened
- Ensure the remote control is working properly
2. Site Conditions
- The lawn area must be flat and free of obstacles (e.g., large rocks, toys, cables, etc.)
- Do not operate if the ground is wet or waterlogged
Prohibited Usage Conditions (Important!)
Do NOT use our remote-controlled mower in the following situations. Doing so may cause damage to the equipment or pose safety risks:

May overload the motor and reduce cutting efficiency
Slopes over 30 degrees
Machine may tip over or lose control
Muddy, wet, or slippery surfaces
Risk of slipping and water damage to the electronics

Blades may be damaged; machine at risk of impact damage
During or immediately after rain
Moisture affects remote signal and motor performance
Lawns with wires, ropes, or metal debris
May cause blade entanglement or motor failure
While Using the Mower:
- Avoid long continuous use (recommended max: 60 minutes per session)
- If you hear unusual noises or feel abnormal vibrations, stop the mower and contact us immediately
- Do not disassemble or modify the equipment yourself
After Use – Returning the Mower:
- After mowing, place the mower in a secure area (e.g., a garage or a sheltered spot by the door)
- We will collect the mower at the scheduled time or upon receiving your message
- Please keep the equipment clean; if it’s excessively dirty, do a light cleaning
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What should I do if the remote signal is unstable?
Ensure there are no obstacles between you and the mower. Stay within 20 meters. If issues persist, turn off the power and restart the machine.
What if the cutting result is uneven?
Check for blade wear or looseness. Also, ensure the mower has fully covered all areas.
Why does the mower shut off automatically?
This could be due to low battery or overheating. Pause operation, allow it to cool, and recharge before continuing.
What happens if it rains on my booking day?
In bad weather, we can help you reschedule. You can also contact our customer service to update your booking.
Can I use the mower in parks or on someone else’s land?
No. The mower must only be used on private property that you own or are authorized to use. Do not operate it in public areas or on land belonging to others.

What types of gardens are suitable for a remote-controlled lawn mower?
It is suitable for lawns of various sizes, especially those with irregular shapes or complex layouts. It handles dense and tall grass with ease.
What safety precautions should be taken?
Ensure there are no children or pets nearby. Test the equipment and battery upon receipt to ensure safe operation.
Can it handle tall grass?
Yes, but for overly tall or dense grass (over 20 cm), mowing should be done in stages to prevent overload.
What if the mower malfunctions?
Contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Electric Edger
What edges is the electric edger suitable for?
Ideal for lawn edges, flower beds, and driveways—especially areas requiring precise trimming.
Is it noisy?
It has low noise, but use during the day to avoid disturbing neighbors.
What terrain can it handle?
It works well on most soils and lawns, but caution is advised on rocky or very hard ground.
Manual Edging Service
What types of edges are supported?
All edge types including flower beds, lawns, and pavements. Our team ensures precise trimming.
Will plants be affected?
No. We trim carefully to avoid harming any plants.
How long does the effect last?
Usually several weeks to a month, depending on grass growth and weather.
Manual Weed Removal Service
Is it safe for health and the environment?
Yes. We use eco-friendly herbicides and methods safe for people, pets, and the environment.
What if the weeds return quickly?
A free follow-up service is offered within 3 days if needed.
How long to avoid the area after treatment?
Typically 24 hours, depending on the herbicide used.
Green Waste Bin Rental
Is cleaning included during the rental period?
Yes, monthly cleaning is included. You may also request it as needed.
What if the bin is damaged or lost?
Contact support. We will arrange replacement or repair and charge accordingly per company policy.
